The Electronic Claims System (ECS) allows Suzy Dental users to submit their claims electronically over the internet. For a small cost/claim, users can submit claims to all of their insurance companies in one batch. The claims are uploaded to our clearinghouse (Emdeon), who then routes them on a daily basis to the individual companies. Rejections and confirmation of receipt of the claims are sent back and automatically printed when users connect to submit claims.

Use of ECS involves indentifying insurance companies to our Clearinghouse. This is done using the Payer ID field for each insurance company. To look up a Payer ID click here.
