1 - Enrollment
Certain providers require enrollment before they will allow you to check patient eligibility.
Here is the current list:
| Name | Payer Id(s) |
| California Medicaid (Dentical) | 94146 |
| Massachusetts Medicaid | CKMA1 |
| Florida Medicaid | CKFL1 |
| New York Medicaid | CKNY1/CKNY2 |
| United Concordia | CX002/CX013/CBPA2 |
| Wyoming Medicaid | CKWY1 |
2 - Problems Finding Patients
Occassionally Suzy will not find a patient even though the patient has a current policy and claims have
been paid from this policy. A common reason for this is that the patient's name in Suzy
does not match the name in the insurance company's records. The claims get paid because
human intervention will allow the insurance company to verify that this is the correct person.
Unfortunately no such intervention occurs during our eligibility check.
If the eligibility returns with "Patient Not Found" (or the equivalent), check any correspondence
(such as a claim) you may have from the insurance company and see if the patient name matches what
is in Suzy. If the names do match or this information is not available you will have to
call the insurance company to verify eligibility.
