On the left of your dashboard, you can find the navigation menu, which allows you to move around the Suzy platform to launch questions and surveys, analyze results, and export data - all from one place.
At the bottom of your homepage, you can find your team’s usage tracker, where you can view and export your team’s usage data.
In the templates tab, you can browse our library of pre-built survey templates for your research in the US and across the globe. These templates are designed by our in-house team of market research experts, so you can launch an expert-approved survey in as little as 10 clicks.
In the create action menu, you can select from a variety of question and survey types, which are called actions. An action can be as short as a single question or can be a 20+ question survey.
In your action list, you can view every action that has been drafted or launched in your dashboard partnership-to-date. Here, you can search by keyword and filter by tags, action type and action status.
In the audiences tab, you can view and create saved audiences and Suzy Live audiences, and you can view any typing tool segments or panels your team has access to.
Data Explorer is our built-in data analysis tool that allows you to create advanced data cuts, filter your data, leverage stat-testing and more. When using the tab from the navigation menu, you'll be brought to a blank Data Explorer page, where you'll be prompted to select an action from the dropdown to populate in Data Explorer.
Suzy Live allows you to easily conduct live qualitative in-depth interviews and focus groups with your target consumers.
