Often, Suzy dashboards are shared by multiple users from a single team or even multiple teams. Your account usage, action list, segments, saved audiences and more are visible to every user who has access to your dashboard, making it easy to collaborate on projects from setup to analysis. 

Collaborating on survey drafts

We recommend that only one user edits a drafted survey at a time to ensure your settings save properly as you program. However, everything else is safe to view by multiple users at once. You’re also able to collaborate with users who don’t have access to Suzy. Easily share survey drafts by exporting questionnaires into Word or sharing preview links. 

Maintaining your action list

To keep your action list tidy when you have many users in one dashboard, we recommend leveraging tags, using consistent naming conventions for actions, and deleting any unnecessary drafts.
