When setting up a survey action, the platform will prompt you to give your survey a title and description. These titles and descriptions will be shown to respondents when they hover over their homepage tiles (desktop users only) and when they click a tile to enter your survey (desktop and mobile users).
We recommend keeping your survey titles and descriptions engaging and concise. You can use this as an opportunity to give respondents some context for the survey they’re about to take, while being mindful to not bias them or provide too much information that can influence their responses.
