If you have an existing typing tool, we can integrate your segments into the platform. The process takes about 3 to 5 weeks from start to finish and is comprised of three steps:

1. Share your current segmentation questionnaire or brand typing tool with us. We’ll evaluate the questionnaire and algorithm to ensure we’re able to implement it. 
2. Once we’ve aligned on the segmentation, our team will screen thousands of respondents and map your precise segmentation. Typically, this takes about 2 to 3 weeks. 
3. Once respondents have been tagged and properly sorted into the proper cohorts, your segments will be immediately available for targeting in your dashboard, allowing you to launch actions to all mapped users or specific segments. 

We will refresh your segments on a quarterly basis. 

Don’t have an existing typing tool? We can conduct a Dynamic Segmentation to establish and implement a typing tool for you. Our Dynamic Segmentations are powered by a patent-pending, self-optimizing algorithm, and it includes a built-in drivers analysis.
