If you notice any low quality text open-end or video open-end responses, you can flag them right in the platform or reach out to your CSM directly. Any flagged responses will be removed from your data for that question. 

1. On the results page for your text open-end or video open-end, locate the individual response beneath the word cloud.
2. Click the 3 dots or kebab icon, and select Flag. This will send an alert to our team for additional investigation.
