If you’re no longer able to make a scheduled interview, please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled interview time. Reach out to your project manager and CSM if you need to cancel or reschedule any interviews. 

Note: Last minute cancellations may result in deduction of Suzy Live credits even if interviews are not conducted. 

If a participant exhibits unacceptable behavior during an interview, and you have to cut the interview short, reach out to your project manager and CSM to replace that participant and reschedule a new interview.
