How does a focus group work?

Focus groups work with a select group of up to 500 consumers to get more in-depth and controlled insight on new concepts, products, services, etc. These people will answer several questions and participate in 1:1 discussions with the moderator (either a Suzy insights expert, or a member of your team) over a longer span of time – up to 2 weeks.

Focus groups can be used to test a variety of creative, claims and concepts, measure and track both new opportunities and product launches in the competitive market.
