Within your action list, you’ll be able to clone, edit and delete any drafted actions, and you’ll be able to clone any live or completed actions. 

Cloning actions

1. To clone a drafted, live or completed action, navigate to your action list. 
2. Locate the action you’d like to clone, and click the icon that looks like three dots on the right. 
3. In the drop down, select Clone.
4. This will create a fresh draft of your action, where everything will copy over exactly as programmed, including the targeting, in-step logic and piping logic. The exceptions will be the survey title for survey action types and the question text for single question action types, which will include the words “Copy of.” The platform will prompt you to update these text fields before progressing. 

Editing actions

1. To edit a drafted action, navigate to your action list. 
2. Locate the action you’d like to edit, and click the icon that looks like three dots on the right. 
3. In the drop down, select Edit.
4. This will open the action draft, where you can make changes, save your progress, or launch to begin collecting responses. We do not recommend editing a drafted action at the same time as another team member, as settings often won’t save as expected. 

Deleting actions

1. To delete a drafted action, navigate to your action list. 
2. Locate the action you’d like to delete, and click the icon that looks like three dots on the right. 
3. In the drop down, select Delete. 
4. A pop-up window will prompt you to confirm you’d like to delete the action. Once a draft is deleted, you cannot recover it. Click Delete to permanently delete your drafted action.
