Tags are internal labels or keywords that you can assign to individual actions. You can add up to 5 tags to a single action and filter by tag in your action list to easily find specific actions. Tags can be added before an action is launched in the Review page, or you can add tags from your action list.
We recommend creating tags for conventions that make sense to you and your team, and try to keep your tagging conventions as consistent as possible across actions for maximum benefit. Here are some common conventions that can be used as tags: brand name, product name, product category, internal team name, internal project name, project type, or target audience.
Adding tags from the Review page
- To add a tag from the Review page, click the purple Edit Tags button.
- In the pop-up window, you can search and select existing tags from your library, or you can click the Create New+ button on the top right to create a new tag.
- Click apply to add your tag(s).
Adding tags from your action list
- To add a tag from your action list, check mark the action(s) you’d like to add tags to.
- Click the purple Edit Tags button on the top right.
- In the pop-up window, you can search and select existing tags from your library, or you can click the Create New+ button on the top right to create a new tag.
- Click apply to add your tag(s).
