In addition to being able to view your results in-platform, you can also export your action data in a variety of ways.
Horizontal raw data file
This Excel file will include the raw data for an action, where each row contains a single respondents’ answers and demographic data. In this file, you can view the question text for each question in row 2, and you can view corresponding answer options in row 3.
For open-ended, rating, and single-select multiple choice questions, responses will populate in a single column. For all other question types, responses will populate in a series of columns. Multi-select multiple choice questions, TURF questions, and custom grids will show a 1 in columns when that option was selected and will show a 0 in columns when that option was not selected. Rating, scale and rank questions will show a number in each column for the rating or ranking given to each answer option. MaxDiff questions will show the order of attributes per set, followed by columns for the attributes chosen as best and worst for each set.
This export type is available for both live actions and completed actions. Also, if your action is closed and had response overages, the platform will give you the option to include any trimmed respondents in your horizontal raw data file.
Vertical raw data file
This Excel file will include the raw data for an action, where each row contains a respondent’s user ID and demographic data in columns A to N, and contains the question text and single response in columns Q and R, respectively. If a respondent chose multiple answers for a question, columns A to Q will be repeated in consecutive rows, where column R will list each answer chosen. The first sheet in this file is the summary sheet, so it will include data for all questions in the action, and each subsequent sheet in this Excel file will contain data for individual questions.
This export type is available for both live actions and completed actions.
Demographic summary data file
This Excel file includes data cuts per question for each of our built-in demographics, where the data for each question will appear as a single sheet within the file. In each sheet, the question text will appear in row 1, demographics will appear in row 2, and demographic subgroups will appear in row 3. Answer options will appear in column A, total counts and percentages will appear in columns B and C, and demographics will appear in columns D to FU.
This export type is available for both live actions and completed actions.
Summary deck file
All Powerpoint files will include a title slide, summary slide and audience slide, followed by slides with visualizations for each question’s data. The data for these visualizations are all editable via Excel (just right click and select Edit data in Excel). Monadic and MaxDiff actions will also include slides for the concepts or attributes tested.
You have the option to include age and gender crosstabs in these summary decks, which would appear in the appendix section after your question data slides.
This export type is available for completed actions only.
Data Explorer Excel file
This Excel file includes data tables per question as configured in Data Explorer, where the data table for each question will appear as a single sheet within the file.
This export type is available for both live actions and completed actions.
Data Explorer PowerPoint file
This PowerPoint file includes a title slide and additional slides to visualize your data tables as configured in Data Explorer. Depending on how your data tables are configured, there can be several slides per question in this file.
This export type is available for both live actions and completed actions.
Word clouds, tables, charts and graphs
All visualizations that appear in-platform can be downloaded as a .png file. Any changes made to word clouds, tables, charts or graphs in-platform will appear as configured in these exports.
This export type is available for both live actions and completed actions.
Video recordings and showreels
You can download .mp4 files for individual VOE responses, showreels, Suzy Live clips, and full recordings of Suzy Live IDIs and focus groups.
These exports are available for live VOE actions, completed VOE actions, and completed Suzy Live interviews. Showreels can be downloaded at any time as well.
