Notetakers, moderators and owners are able to view and/or participate in different chat rooms during a live in-depth interview or focus group. You can toggle between the chat rooms by clicking into each chat room name. 

The backroom chat

The backroom chat allows the moderator and notetaker(s) to communicate during an interview, so it's helpful for sharing ideas.

The interview chat

The interview chat allows moderators to communicate with participant(s) that have been admitted into the interview room, so it's helpful for sharing links and troubleshooting if needed. 

The waiting room chat (focus groups only)

The waiting room chat allows moderators to communicate with participants who have not yet been admitted into the interview room, so it’s helpful for sharing expectations or communicating any delays before the interview starts.
