In order for your team members to be able to view upcoming and past Suzy Live projects, they need to be added as users on each project. There are four user roles: viewer, notetaker, moderator and owner. 

Viewers

Viewers are able join upcoming interviews in the backroom, where they will not be visible to moderators, notetakers, owners or participants. Viewers will be able to: 

✔ See and hear the moderator and participant(s)

✔ View the backroom chat

✔ View the interview chat

✔ View the waiting room chat (focus groups only) 

✔ View bookmarks on interview recordings

✔ View clips of interview recordings

Notetakers

Notetakers are able to join upcoming interviews in the backroom, where they will not be visible to viewers, moderators, owners or participants. Notetakers will be able to: 

✔ Take notes on discussion guide questions

✔ Participate in the backroom chat

✔ View the interview chat

✔ View the waiting room chat (focus groups only) 

✔ Create bookmarks during interviews

✔ Create bookmarks on interview recordings

✔ Create clips of interview recordings

Moderators

Moderators are able to join upcoming interviews in the interview room, where they will be visible to viewers, notetakers, owners and participants. Moderators will be able to: 

✔ Upload discussion guide questions

✔ Take notes on discussion guide questions

✔ Participate in the backroom chat

✔ Participate in the interview chat

✔ Participate in the waiting room chat (focus groups only) 

✔ Share their screen

✔ Admit participant(s) into the interview room

✔ Create bookmarks during interviews

✔ Create bookmarks on interview recordings

✔ Create clips of interview recordings

Owners

The role of owner or project owner, will be automatically assigned to the user who submits a Suzy Live project brief. Owners are able to join upcoming interviews in the interview room, where they would only be visible to viewers, notetakers and participants if they are added as the moderator for that interview. Owners will be able to: 

✔ Upload discussion guide questions

✔ Take notes on discussion guide questions

✔ Participate in the backroom chat

✔ View the interview chat

✔ View the waiting room chat (focus groups only) 

✔ Make changes to project availability, discussion guide and user permissions

✔ Create bookmarks on interview recordings

✔ Create clips of interview recordings
