Live or paused

Once your survey is launched, its status moves from Draft to Live. At any time during this stage, you have the option to pause your survey. Projects paused for 10+ business days will automatically be marked as completed. 

Quotas met

Once your quotas are filled (if applicable), its status will change to Quotas Met. At this stage, we recommend downloading and reviewing your raw data for any potential quality concerns before marking your project as complete. If you see anything concerning, we will replace those respondents free of charge. 

Pending adjustment

If your survey needs to be repriced due to having a lower IR than originally indicated in your survey setup, its status will change from Live to Pending Adjustment until action is taken. You have the option to accept the higher CPI and resume fielding or you can mark your global survey as complete. 

Completed

Once a global survey is complete, it will no longer accept any new respondents.
