  • Finalize your questionnaire in English early.
    • Make sure you’re confident you’re asking the right questions and have the data you want to collect in mind.
      • Add in any demographic questions you’d like to collect.
    • This is paramount as updating the survey on the fly is difficult to do once you’ve already translated your survey. This will also add time and cost more as you now have to get the changes translated.
  • If you do not need regional targeting, do not check any regions on the Setup page
    • This will help increase your audience feasibility, helping speed up fielding time. 
  • Use profiling attributes when you can
    • Take note of the available profiling attributes so you do not need to ask these metrics in your qualifier section. For a complete list of profiling attributes by country, please click here. 
    • Including these profile attributes are beneficial overall and help improve your Incidence Rate as these respondents have already been pre-screened.
  • Triple check your survey logic
    • Once you launch your survey and if there are errors we cannot credit back the money spent on your survey. You would have to close and re-launch the study. 
  • Monitor and check your data frequently
    • By monitoring your data regularly you can make sure you are:
      • Staying within your budget by keeping track of the incidence rate to ensure it doesn’t drop below the estimated rate.
      • Getting quality data by removing low quality responses and replacing those respondents with fresh sample.
