If you notice any low quality respondents in your global data, you're able to report and remove respondents as needed, and for global surveys that are still live, we will automatically replace those respondents for you.
Best of all, with Suzy, you'll never be charged for reported respondents.
1. To report low quality respondents and have them removed from your data, you'll first need to locate their user ID. In the raw horizontal data export, the first column (A) contains a distinct 24 alpha-numeric user ID for each respondent. You have the option to either upload a file of user IDs or paste a list of user IDs to report them as low quality and get them removed from your data.
2a. To upload a file, you'll use an Excel document, where cell A1 must contain the label: User ID. You'll then list the user IDs in cells A2, A3, A4, and so on. One user ID should appear in each cell. Learn more about this process.
2b. To paste a list of user IDs, click into the Paste IDs tab, and paste in each user ID separated by a comma. You can submit up to 5 user IDs at once.
3. Once your IDs are submitted, the platform will confirm all your user IDs are valid. If any of your user IDs are incorrect, it will show a status of 'failed.' If all your user IDs are accepted, it will show 'success.'
All user IDs reported will be removed from your in-platform data, as well as the summary deck export. For raw data exports, reported respondents will show with NA across their responses, as their data has been nulled.
As a reminder, you'll never be charged for any reported low quality respondents, and if your survey is still live, we'll replace all the reported respondents - free of charge.
