When you sign a license with Suzy, your CSM will provide you with credentials to your team’s dedicated dashboard, where you can collaborate, launch surveys, conduct interviews, analyze results, view account usage and more. 

How to log in

Navigate to app.suzy.com and sign in using the temporary password you received from your CSM. You’ll be prompted to reset your password upon your initial login, and you’ll be brought to your dashboard homepage. 

If you haven’t received your login credentials yet or you’re having trouble logging in, you can submit a ticket or reach out to your CSM.
